Making Sense of a Sign

This week on Pastor Rory's Podcast, Pastor Rory is preaching from Revelations 12.

This passage has a lot of vivid imagery. One reason Revelations is so hard to read and understand is because it has a lot of visions that can be abstract. These images spoke to something relevant to the listeners at the time it was written, and also has something that is true for us today.

In this passage we see that God is going to protect his

people. That though the dragon (satan) is waging war on and raging against the people of God. God will provide and protect His people. God is in control.

The devil is actively seeking to destroy you and your life,

but we can triumph over him by the blood of The Lamb.
